IES to Host Connected Lighting Webinar on May 21, 2020

On May 21, 2020 at noon EST, the Illuminating Engineering Society will host a free webinar, “Show Me the Data: What Does Observational Research Reveal About Today’s Connected Lighting Systems?”

Presented by Ruth Taylor, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, this webinar will focus on ongoing evaluations at Parsons, the New School, and Virginia Tech Transportation Institute, as evaluators and end-users apply systematic protocols to collect subjective, qualitative data on connected lighting systems installed in working classrooms and parking lots. This webinar will explore how that information is used to drive new understanding of the challenges involved in specifying, installing, and configuring these systems in order to identify best practices and needed product improvements.

Webinar participants are eligible for one (1) IES Continuing Education Unit (CEU).
